About the event

When you look at the picture, you say "how in the heck" but it is so much easier than it looks. We'll walk you through the process and we think you'll agree. The method is combining strips of fabric sewn together then cut and re-assembled to create stunning designs.

REQUIRED TEXT: Basic Seminole Patchwork by Cheryl Greider Bradkin, copyright 1990. The book is out of print, but is available through thriftbooks.com, Amazon, or eBay.

FABRIC: Choose four fabrics that you like together. One yard of each will be more than enough. Choose smaller/denser prints and tone-on-tones. Try to have a variety of value (lightness/darkness) to provide contract. This is the perfect opportunity to use fabrics out of your stash!
