DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do!  Just give us a call to purchase a gift certificate for any dollar amount.  We also make great gift recommendations based on purchase history and wish lists we try to keep current for your friends and loved ones.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

The Sewing Works accepts all major credit cards, cash, check and some purchases qualify for one of our great finance programs.

DO YOU SERVICE MACHINES?

The Sewing Works does service Bernina, Handi Quilter and Singer Featherweight machines currently.  We have 2 sewing machine technicians to provide quality and timely service (usually <2 weeks).  If your machine is not one we currently service, keep checking back with us as we strive to expand our service program to include all sewing machines soon.  SERVICE PRICE LIST

Classroom

Do you have a sewing classroom?

Yes we have a wonderful classroom with cutting, pressing, and sewing stations.  This classroom is in the building just next to our main store at 107 E Front Street in Merrill.

How do I sign up for classes with The Sewing Works?

Check our calendar for upcoming classes.  If you see something you are interested in give us a call to get added to the class list or to clarify any questions about the project.  We also offer one on one sewing classes if you need help with specific areas.  Call us at 541-798-1100 to get scheduled to come sew with us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Class Fees are due 1 month prior to the date of the class or upon enrollment.  Cancelation for a class is fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to first class date.

Do you offer private sewing lessons?

Yes, we charge $35 per hour and we can work on whichever technique you are wanting help with.

Club

What the difference between Class and Club?

Classes are generally project specific and are hosted on a set date.  A class may be available at different times throughout the year.  A Club is based on a sewing aspect or technique such as embroidery club or longarm club.  Clubs meet once a month on a specified date and go over many topics and ideas within the scope of the club.  Call to join one of our great clubs at any time and we can prorate you for the yearly rate.
